Place your current bank statements, brokerage house information, life insurance policy, and other financial data in separate piles on a table or desk before you. Take a deep breath, shake out your hands, and focus on the word ‘Security’. Gently place any hand on the first statement pile. Close your eyes, clear your mind for a moment, and ask yourself “Can I trust this to take care of my money?” See what your psychic warrior tells you- Yes or No. Do you feel a comfortable feeling or a sinking feeling in your solar plexus? Is the feeling strong? If you feel nothing at all, relax, your mental fear and confusion are blocking you. Stand up, stretch, give your brain a momentary rest, focus on your psychic warrior in your solar plexus, and try again. If your inner feeling is positive and strong, then keep that plan, statement, stock, etc. and move on to the next pile of papers. If you get a negative feeling each time you place your hand on a pile of papers, you may want to change your policy or account before you wind up losing more money.

While keeping your hand on a positive feeling pile, focus on a date six months forward, and see if you still feel the same feeling inside you.If the feeling is the same but feels less strong, make a note of that. Clear your mind, and focus on the next year, then two years, and notice any differences. While doing this exercise you may receive mental impressions as well - an image, numbers, people, situations that may benefit you in your future business transactions.
