Becoming a psychic warrior
We all can’t be Neo in the Matrix, but we can use our less ‘visible’ powers to help protect us from harm or danger in any moment and anywhere. Being a psychic warrior is not a meditative act. It is a living way of being naturally vigilant, capable, and ready to deal in a calm way with any situation.
Practice this simple exercise a few times, and you will soon find how natural and comfortable your invisible powers are for you.
Here's how
With eyes open or closed, focus on your spirit or soul as if it is around your head. See or feel or sense it as a light, or a color, a sun, a rainbow, waterfall, ocean, cloud right around your head. Having a tangible vision is a way in which your body can identify your soul for the moment. Now connect that vision to a nice pathway, like an umbilical cord or a ribbon and let the other end of that pathway connect to the back of your head right where your head meets your neck. Let that vision travel down that pathway until you can feel, sense or know it is right at the back of your head. This is where your psychic warrior’s physical journey begins.
Visualize opening the back of your head almost as if it is a window or door and see or sense or know your vision right outside your window. Let your brain relax. Your body knows what to do. Draw that vision through that window in the back of your head, down through your neck, down through your torso and legs and let it fill your feet as if they are pools. Imagine the rest of your body as if it is empty. Draw in more of your vision through your window and bring it into your neck, down through your chest and let it fill your legs. Feel your physical legs around it, to feel all parts of you. Draw in more of your vision until you are completely filled from feet to legs, to chest and back, arms and hands, neck and face, so that every part of your body is filled with your vision. Notice how calm and capable you feel. Go about your day and notice how you are feeling. If you do not feel this way, practice the exercise. Or imagine your psychic warrior seated on a pillow in your solar plexus or gut. Notice how quickly you become balanced and ready. Your psychic warrior is ready to work with you, protecting you, helping you make right choices, and alerting you to danger before it occurs.
